Personal Panoramas

I live in a small town in Hampshire and I like it a lot. Somehow it's preserved much of what England is about, it's the 'land that time forgot'.
I try to attend local events that typify local society and try to capture their small slices of life using 360 degree images and working close in with a handheld camera, relying on speed to make me invisible. Nothing is posed. Due to the technique used there is a hell of a lot of retouching done.

It's remarkable what the camera reveals as part of the scene. Everyday actions frozen not just in time but also context. In my own mind the series is called 'being there'

The firework photograph is a normal still picture.
However it is a 360 degree view of the scene.
